NLL Måleri offers exterior roof painting in Helsingborg. The guide price for labour is 500–750 SEK/m² including VAT, before any applicable ROT tax deduction. Materials and other costs are assessed separately. The roof's condition, existing coating and access need to be reviewed before we determine the scope.
Describe the roof and what you would like done so we can assess the next step. A worn coating, flaking paint and damage to the roofing material itself may need different treatment. Painting does not replace repairs to leaks or a damaged roof.

The example covers labour only and is not a quote. Materials, access and other agreed costs are added as stated in the quote. ROT requires an eligible buyer and work, as well as sufficient deduction allowance; materials are not covered. A housing association commissioning work as an association does not use private ROT.
