We regularly work in the centre, Skånes Fagerhult, Eket and Åsljunga, adapting the approach to the housing stock in each area. Timber dominates, so repainting every eight to twelve years is the most common job here.

Timber façades cost from 625 SEK/m² including VAT. The full labour range is 625–875 SEK/m² for timber façades and 250–437.50 SEK/m² for interior walls and ceilings, including VAT before any applicable ROT. Materials and project-specific additions are separate. A whole-house budget needs measured areas and a defined scope.

The 30% deduction is calculated only on labour, so materials such as paint, tape and protective sheeting are excluded and charged separately at approximately 187.50–250 SEK/m². The biggest variable in local houses is preparation: worn timber cladding needs scraping and priming and therefore takes more labour time than a smooth 1980s façade of the same area.
